A young man entered the ashram to be a devoted follower of the holy man. After a few days, in which the holy man had repeatedly told him, "Be patient, and I'll give you something to do," the young man spoke. He said, "I'm confused and frustrated. I've come here to serve God, and you've given me nothing to do." Replied the aged holy man, "The one who can't enjoy doing nothing for the Glory of God is ill prepared to do something for the Glory of God."
